The thematic constant of this exhibition refers to the formal cause of Aristotele – The focus is on the „appearance“ of things. Structures, patterns and shapes are taken out of their context and combined to form a new statement.
Das Projekt beinhaltet zwei Interventionen, eines im öffentlichen und eines im digitalen Raum. In den Straßen St. Petersburgs wurden insgesamt 17 aus Keramik gemachte „Flachplastiken“ aufgestellt. Die Aufstellorte wurden auf Instagram und auf einer Karte veröffentlicht. Gleichzeitig wurde ein Video auf den bekanntesten pornografischen Plattformen im Internet online gestellt. Der Titel des Videos ist „The great masturbatress“. Es ist ein künstlerischer Angriff und eine feministische Antwort auf die toxisch maskuline Welt der Massenpornographie.

The work refers to the European tradition of vessel ceramics, to the ancient pre-Greek and Greek tradition of vase painting. The categories and rules for the appearance of ceramic vessels developed by Gottfried Semper in his book „The style“ (1863) are the starting point for thinking about the hierarchy of form aesthetics of European ceramic vessels. The work follows the formal lines established by Semper and transgresses them by stretching the handles to absurd lengths or covering the decorative features of the vessel with toilet graffiti. It is an anarchistic gesture within the strict structure of European historicism.
The title of the work is a quotation from a statement by Alexander Pushkin (1799-1837), the Russian poet, on toilet graffiti.
